This service also includes an annual fee for ongoing catalog and content management, keeping your listings up-to-date and competitive.

We actively manage your product catalog by correcting product details, removing duplicates, and leveraging the Amazon Brand Registry to protect your brand. This service ensures that your listings are accurate, streamlined, and fully compliant with marketplace standards.

We provide transparent billing practices based on the open-book principle, with costs covered proportionately to your monthly net sales. Our service includes detailed analysis and reporting, helping you understand your performance and optimize your retail strategies for better results.

We manage the setup and ongoing optimization of your Amazon advertising campaigns for each ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number). This service is designed to maximize the visibility and sales of your products on Amazon, tailored to the specific needs of the German and EU markets.

If you manufacture products outside the EU, we ensure that your goods meet all EU and German regulatory requirements for customs clearance. This includes verifying that customer information, labeling, and recycling practices comply with local regulations. If necessary, we will provide accurate labeling designs and required descriptions so your products can be correctly marked during production, helping you avoid costly re-labeling once they enter the EU market. EU Responsible Person Services


According to EU law, every product sold within the EU must have a designated entity responsible for addressing potential product issues, such as damages or safety concerns. Traditionally, this role was filled by a manufacturer’s subsidiary or a master dealer within the EU. However, as traditional distribution models have evolved, our service allows us to act as the ‘Responsible Person’ for your products within the EU. This enables you to maintain full control over your marketing and pricing strategies while ensuring compliance with EU regulations.

The “EU Broker” package covers essential services such as account management, customer support in English, and other consignment-related tasks. Creative services, product listing creation, and other one-time setup services will be charged separately based on our standard rates. Taxes, regulatory fees, storage, and fulfillment costs are not included and will be invoiced separately. All services are exclusively for business customers. Prices are net (VAT excluded). VAT applies only to German companies. Project acceptance is subject to our availability and right of refusal.
